We are currently seeking a Business Development Intern to join our team at our World Headquarters in Perrysburg, OH.
This role is responsible for leading the development of an initial business plan for a new organization within the Company. The plan is expected to address current technology replacement and business growth possibilities, as well as anticipated future opportunities. A second priority will be to work with the North American Commercial team on additional, related initiatives .
The candidate will be working in and promoting an environment that operates on the following principles:

Lead the formulation of an initial business development plan for a new organization within the Company.
Drive broad, yet strong cross-functional stakeholder and employee engagement, understanding and support in developing the plan.
Provide support as needed, and as time offers, to the North America Commercial team.
This role will report to the Senior Director of Research and Innovation
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
Approximately 5 years of business experience in a corporate setting preferred
Actively working toward an MBA
Up to 15%
