We are currently seeking a Technical Analyst I – Intermediate (Office 365 Analyst) to join our team at our World Headquarters in Perrysburg, OH.
As a member of the O-I Global Collaboration Services team, this role will be responsible for understanding business needs, communicating with both technical and non-technical users, and delivering solutions to meet those business needs. This role will solicit and document requirements from business users and teams. The Office 365 Analyst will document process definitions, use cases, design documents, wireframes, and user stories. The analyst is responsible for communicating and delivering the requirements to Collaboration Services team administrators and developers. The role will help convert the requirements into deployable solutions using Office 365 technologies. Success in this role is determined by end-user satisfaction in the capabilities and timeframe solutions are implemented.

Learn and maintain comprehensive understanding of business functions.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, global process teams, and team members to develop new functionality or enhancements.
Strong technical and communication skills to be able to gather, translate, and implement user requirements to technical solutions
Schedule, oversee and lead all calls between the client and development team
Track iteration status and feature development
Lead estimating/pointing meetings with development
Drive consistency across solutions by ensuring that common practices are upheld and consistently applied.
Recommend inventive and creative solutions to solve business problems
Handle multiple project assignments simultaneously, if necessary
Effectively communicate project and support work related status, including global knowledge sharing with peers and across IT
The analyst will be expected to interface with business partners, product owners, global process teams, and team members. The position will report to the Collaboration Services Supervisor.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience with Office 365 technologies
3+ years of experience with Lotus Notes development, database administration
3+ years of experience working on the design, development, and testing of a business applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and quality
Superb organization skills with the ability to estimate and track effort
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills required
Strong time management abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet department needs and timelines
Ability to develop products based on input gathered from a variety of sources, including analysis of results and feedback from the user community
Ability to develop test conditions and expected results based on the application requirements
Ability to document and communicate progress against plans, taking corrective action as necessary
Insight into SharePoint Administrator’s responsibilities
Insight into Lotus Notes development and databases
Understanding of Yammer, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams
Ability to identify, clarify, and resolve issues and risks, escalating them as needed
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a project team in a cooperative effort
Self-motivated and self-directed
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and serve many constituencies
Minimal travel required for this position - less than 15%.
